Refund Policy

First-time orders of Baddas Cloud cPanel web hosting and WordPress hosting plans (Starter, Growth and Business) are covered by a 14-day money-back window from the date your account is activated.

Before requesting a refund because of a technical obstacle—such as a migration error, a plugin conflict or a DNS issue—we encourage you to message our support engineers on WhatsApp or open a ticket first. Most setup problems can be solved by our team in a few minutes.

Some services—such as domain names and third-party software licences—are paid immediately to external registries or vendors on your behalf and cannot be reversed once issued. The table below states how each item is handled:

Once our billing team approves your refund request, we process the repayment in Nepali rupees within 5 to 7 business days.

Whenever possible, refunds are returned through the same local payment channel you used to pay the invoice (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, ConnectIPS or bank transfer). If a gateway does not support direct reversal, we will transfer the refunded amount to your Nepali bank account or wallet after confirming your details in the ticket.

Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules—for example, sending spam, hosting phishing pages, distributing malware or running abusive network traffic.

The 14-day money-back window applies once per customer for a first hosting order and does not apply to repeat sign-ups and cancellations of the same service.
