Shown on every plan card and domain row before you order

1. Your account and contact information

To order services from Baddas Cloud, you must provide accurate contact and billing details and keep your client-area email address and phone number up to date. We send renewal reminders, security notices and domain verification emails to the primary address on your account.

You are responsible for keeping your client-area, cPanel, WordPress and SSH passwords secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

2. Payments, 13% VAT and renewals

All prices are billed in Nepali rupees (NPR) and exclude 13% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is added at checkout. You can pay invoices using eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, ConnectIPS or bank transfer.

Multi-year promotional discounts apply to your initial billing cycle (2 years or 3 years). When your plan renews, it renews at the regular yearly rate shown on the plan card at the time of purchase (currently Rs 1,799/yr on Starter, Rs 2,699/yr on Growth and Rs 4,399/yr on Business, excluding 13% VAT). We send renewal notices before your expiry date so you can renew, change plans or cancel beforehand.

3. Acceptable use and what “unlimited” means

Every cPanel and WordPress web hosting plan includes unlimited websites, NVMe storage, bandwidth, subdomains, email accounts and MySQL databases. These resources are intended for normal websites, blogs, online shops and associated business email.

To keep servers fast and reliable for every customer, web hosting accounts may not be used for:

  • Phishing pages, malware distribution, copyright infringement, illegal content or network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, brute-forcing).
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), purchasing mailing lists, or operating open mail relays that harm mail server IP reputation.
  • Using shared web hosting as an off-site backup archive, public file-sharing mirror, torrent seedbox, cryptocurrency miner or video-streaming CDN.
  • Sustained background processes that monopolise server CPU, memory or disk I/O beyond your plan’s resource allowance (use a VPS for custom background workers).

4. Domain name registrations

Domain names are registered through accredited registries and registrars subject to ICANN rules and, for .np domains, the rules of the Nepal registry. A domain name remains active only while its registration fee is paid up or its registry verification remains valid.

Once a paid domain registration, renewal or transfer is submitted to the registry, the fee is non-refundable.

5. Backups and data responsibility

On cPanel and WordPress hosting plans, we run automated daily backups and retain them for 14 days on Starter and Growth, and 30 days on Business.

While our daily backups restore sites every day, no single backup system is infallible. We strongly recommend downloading your own off-site backup copy from cPanel before major website redesigns or migrations. On unmanaged VPS plans, you are responsible for configuring and testing your own backup routine unless managed backup support has been agreed in writing.

6. Suspension and termination

If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, your hosting account may be suspended and eventually terminated after multiple reminder notices. If your account is under active attack, sending spam or causing severe server instability, we may temporarily isolate or suspend the affected site to protect other customers on the server and contact you immediately to resolve the root cause.

7. Limitation of liability

Our availability commitment and service-credit remedy are set out in our Service Level Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baddas Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss of business or profits, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid to Baddas Cloud for that service during the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms and governing law

When we update these Terms of Service, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and record the change in the log below. For material changes affecting active subscriptions, we notify customers by email or in the client area.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through our support team shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
